To delete saved days, go to the DOWNLOAD menu ? AVAILABLE DAYS. Simply slide your finger from left to right on the day you wish to delete. Click the DELETE button which appears.

We remind you that it is not possible to save days prior to the current day since the application automatically deletes past saved days leaving only the day immediately preceding the current day.

To load the texts, please follow these instructions. Go to the DOWNLOAD section. Select the desired day by scrolling with the left and right arrows below the date. The desired day can then be downloaded by pressing the arrow within the circle that can be found on the right, which will save the texts of that day on your device.  At this point, the day will be loaded onto your device (we always suggest waiting for a few minutes depending on the speed of your connection) and you will be able to return to the liturgical sections.  Now, you will see the new day. If you would like to return to the current day, simply press the  TODAY button located on the top right hand corner of the main screen.

Certainly . To change the size, simply use the "pinch-to -zoom" feature. To increase the size, move your fingers apart on the screen. To decrease the size, move your fingers together on the screen. Alternatively, you may go to the SETTINGS section and use the zoom lever to increase or decrease the size of the text.

Unfortunately, no. iBreviary was created with the purpose of providing the texts of the Breviary and the Missal for the current day via two types of downloads: for a specific day, or for the whole week. Each downloaded day is automatically saved in the memory of your smartphone.

Pressing the TODAY button will download the texts of the day, even if they are already present on the device. If the day has already been previously downloaded , pressing the TODAY button in the presence of an internet connection will download the current day  and will overwrite any texts of the current day already present .

Go to the TEXT SETTINGS section, and you will see a settings adjustment bar.  By moving the pointer to the right or the left, you will be able to modify the brightness and contrast settings.

Yes. By selecting the third icon from the left (with the drawing of a missal and chalice), you can access the Mass Editor. At this point , you will see the introductory page to the Mass Editor. We ask that you please read and follow the instructions carefully.

Pressing the MENU button at the top, you can begin preparing the desired texts for your Mass. You will see a column to the left where, by selecting the CREATE MASS button, you can access the editor itself; otherwise, if you have already created some text, you can select it for editing.

When you select CREATE MASS, you will be asked to select the day and language. You can also decide whether to create a Mass using texts from the Common of Saints, found in the Rites section, or texts from the weekday (ferial) Mass, starting from the basic structure .

Once you have made your choices, you will see a menu on the left where you will be able to see the fixed parts of the Missal and those that can be modified (the latter are recognizable as they are selectable) .

As regards the readings of the day, those proposed can be erased and replaced by pressing the button to the right of READINGS. You can copy and paste the readings from any text editor, or from the internet. This copy-paste option is also valid in the case of the homily and notices (you can also elect to write them directly into the editor window). In all other cases , you will be asked to choose a text already in the RITES or PRAYERS sections.
